We created Steela, so you can have a space to craft your own door or window design with complete ease. Based in Sydney, and servicing Australia-wide, our furnishings are a collaboration between our in-house designers, and you. Beyond creating highly customisable works of art, we’re making steel accessible across Australia. Finally, an elegant product tailored to your needs.

Profile
Our solid hot rolled Swiss steel is ideal if you want a super slim profile. Perfect for internal doors to give a delicate line of sight. It can also be used for all types of windows.
It is not ideal for double glazing or very large products. Instead, use W40.

Surface Treatment
All products are treated for coastal locations. Depending on the different profiles, Steela applies different surface treatments:
Slimline Cold-Formed Pre-Galvanised Tubular Steel
Zinc-magnesium pre-coating for corrosion protection
Gritblasting SA 2.5
First layer is a sealing primer
Second layer is a high-durability top coating
Total thickness is at least 150—180 microns according to VMRG quality requirements
W37/W40 Hot Rolled Swiss Steel
Gritblasting SA 2.5
First layer is Zinc galvanized
Second layer is a sealing primer
Third layer is a high-durability top coating
Total thickness is at least 150—180 microns according to VMRG quality requirements

Our products are available in a number of custom finishes if you
are after a unique texture. We can also finish your product in any
of the 216 colours in the classic RAL chart.
